Creating a beautiful smile requires a commitment from us and the cooperation of you, our fabulous patient. With that in mind, we are excited to introduce our Smile Rewards Program! This program was created as a way to recognize all of your hard work by awarding you with fantastic rewards as you progress along your orthodontic journey. You can check your points every time you come into the office for your appointments. Just ask any of our staff members!

HOW TO GET POINTS!
Points will be awarded during each appointment for outstanding cooperation in each of the following areas. Contact us or speak with any of our team members to instruct you on how to redeem your points.
Schedule to start treatment same day as exam = 20
New patient exam = 10
Excellent oral hygiene = 2
Being on time = 2
Nothing loose or broken = 2
Wearing appliances as instructed = 2
Seeing your dentist for a cleaning (Don’t forget your signed voucher!) = 10
Extra Points Awarded for the following:
Referring a friend or a non-immediate family member = 50
Straight A’s on report card = 5
Community Service (5 points per hour/5 hrs. per month max with documentation) = 25
Patient celebrity or photo or article for our bulletin board = 5
Bring your Smile Rewards Card to your appointment = 2
Cash in your points for gift cards to your favorite places!
Every 50 points equals $5!
